A&S event approval webform

To be completed by faculty or staff member; applicable throughout the 2020-2021 academic year

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, in-person events are highly discouraged. Whether held indoors or outdoors and regardless of size, events and meetings should only be held in person when the purpose of the event or meeting cannot be achieved virtually. Faculty and staff in Arts & Sciences may request Dean's approval for an in-person event that meets university guidelines, cannot be successfully conducted in a virtual medium, and is deemed mission critical. 

Please note that students should not use this form. All students must submit requests to Campus Life
