Mentoring 101: A Workshop for Junior Women Faculty

Dr. Ndidiamaka Amutah-Onukagha from the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity will be facilitating a half-day workshop to present ways to build effective faculty mentoring networks. Dr. Amutah-Onukagha is Associate Professor of Public Health and Community Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine. Her primary research focuses on mother-daughter communication, HIV prevention, and treatment for women of color.

All participants will:

  • Map their current mentoring network
  • Identify the pressing areas of need that are not being met
  • Create a plan to expand their existing network
