Washington University is seeking 2,000 university employees or students to volunteer for a study to evaluate the feasibility of large-scale, rapid COVID-19 saliva testing.
To support the university community during these stressful times, the WashUDirect Psychiatry service offers convenient, affordable mental health care for employees and their children.
The aim is to provide resources to those seeking to get involved; to applaud civic efforts underway to help those in our university and St. Louis communities; and to provide a place to share perspectives and reflect on this unprecedented time.

Applications are now open for University Libraries’ Newman Exploration Travel Fund (NEXT). Graduate and undergraduate students, along with Danforth Campus faculty and staff members, are invited to apply for a travel grant.
Nominations are being accepted for Washington University in St. Louis’ annual Faculty Achievement Awards, known as the Arthur Holly Compton Faculty Achievement Award and the Carl and Gerty Cori Faculty Achievement Award. Nominations are due Feb. 14.

The Gerry and Bob Virgil Ethic of Service Award recognizes members of the university community who exemplify service and engagement with the St. Louis region. Honorees include alumni, employees, retirees, students and volunteers. The nomination deadline is Nov. 15.
Washington University in St. Louis invites nominations and applications for candidates to serve as the Dean of the Faculty of Arts & Sciences. Every fall, Arts & Sciences presents the Outstanding Staff Awards and Dean's Award in recognition of extraordinary contributions to the effectiveness of teaching, advising, counseling, and research in Arts & Sciences. This year, Robert Chien, Rachel Dunaway, and Sue McKinney were celebrated for their exemplary service.
