Internal Teaching Grant Opportunities

Exceptional faculty are the cornerstone of a WashU education. Teaching-track faculty play a pivotal role in the mission of Arts & Sciences, ensuring our community continually benefits from new techniques in higher education instruction. Arts & Sciences supports the development of pedagogical work through several internal grant opportunities.

Teaching Innovation Awards for Teaching and Practice Track Faculty provide full-time teaching and practice track faculty with an opportunity to seek project funding to advance their pedagogical work. The annual program aims to cultivate educational innovation and pioneering teaching approaches and will support projects with budgets of up to $5,000. Each year's awardees will form a cohort that meets over the course of the year to share what they are learning.
Application deadline: February 15 each year
