Lynda provides strategic oversight and assessment of key processes within the Dean's Office, including tenure and promotion, departmental external reviews, and faculty search requests. She directs long-term projects within various areas of organizational planning, oversees the executive support team, and works closely with senior leadership to optimize a range of important academic practices and administrative processes to ensure productive alignment with A&S values and priorities.
