Johany Glen

Johany leads initiatives and is responsible for developing and implementing programs and events that enrich student experiences and provide opportunities for building community among students. Provides strategic direction to Arts & Sciences graduate student affairs. Responsible for the interpretation of policies and procedures and the promotion of graduate student affairs initiatives internally and externally. Johany works with the Director for Graduate Student Affairs on special initiatives and strategic policy and program development in regard to student activity, initiatives, and programming, with a holistic focus on graduate students’ well-being, diversity, equity, and justice.
